🔄 Zattitude Return & Exchange Policy
At Zattitude, your satisfaction comes first. If something doesn’t fit right or doesn’t match your expectations, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not a final-sale or clearance product
  • The wrong item or size was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
Items with perfume, stains, makeup marks, or wear will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer easy doorstep exchange all over Pakistan.
Exchange is allowed for:
  • Size change
  • Color change (if available)
  • Product change (same price or pay the difference)
✔ Doorstep Pickup
Our rider will collect the product from your home and deliver the exchanged item.
✔ Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will apply for exchanges depending on your city and courier service.
💰 Return & Refund Policy
If you’re unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, you can request:
  • Cash Refund
  • Store Credit (voucher for future use)
⚠ Important Refund Terms:
✔ 4% Government Charges Deducted
For cash refunds, 4% payment gateway/government charges will be deducted by the bank as per regulation.
You will receive:
Refund Amount = Total paid – 4% charges – Shipping charges
✔ Shipping Charges Apply
Shipping cost (to and from your address) will be deducted from the refund.
✔ Refund Timeline
Refunds take 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
📦 Doorstep Return Pickup
All returns will be collected directly from your doorstep.
Just submit your return request and our courier partner will pick it up within 24–48 hours (business days).
