📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next working day.
During sales or heavy load periods, processing time may extend by 1 extra working day.

❗ Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery twice.
If the parcel is undelivered after repeated attempts, it will be returned to us.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD parcels may be required to pay advance payment for future orders.
